Heh.
Apple IIgs 256k Expansion. Pity about the dodgy ziplock bag.
Might as well stand on a van-de-graaff generator and earth yourself through the card. It'd probably do less static damage.
On a more positive note.
This software archive has some real history in it. Including things I thought EVERYONE pirated. (like a real, boxed & licensed copy of "pkzip"
)

I though it was the duty of everybody against piracy to pirate it since he stole it from the ARC guy?
And I see Terry can have another go for a
GS now that the 'apple load' it's been picked though.

Well, maybe. I did make an offer to the seller after last time but he hasn't got back so it was probably too low. Like I said, they are not on the top of my wanted list...

Well, it's certainly not going to be $250 just for the IIGS box...(Check out the answer to the questions on TradeMe!
).
I actually have a box and all the rest. All that's missing is a motherboard and base.

For what it's worth, I tried to get the seller to look at the ROM messages on those GSes, but he said that he didn't see any, so that would indicate they're ROM 0 machines. Having said that, I get the feeling he was going from memory rather than actually looking at the startup screen, so the info may not be accurate.

Yes, he wasn't clear about it when I asked him either. I did send him some info on how to distinguish between the ROMS but never heard back as to whether he had a look.

I'm mostly interested in only a few of the titles.

what did you have in mind? Maybe work with Tezza since he's nearby. I'm interested in the OS/2 Warp (especially if it's 4.0)

The seller is in Auckland and seems reluctant to ship.
I'm mainly interested in any of the networking stuff - Novell NetWare and NT Server, etc.
Going by the box in the photos, I'm guessing the OS/2 is the original Warp version 3.0
