Always good to see more people using it as a desktop OS.
I'm still a Winblows boy, but since my post in this thread is two years old, I'll update my Linux uses.
Core 2 Duo @ 3.16Ghz - running a recent version of Debian with two network interfaces hooked up. Provides a Samba to Netware Lite bridge using VMWare, just using the default GUI.
P4 @ 2.6Ghz - running an older verison of Debian - Sarge I think. It's a media server (really just a Samba share), which has been running without fault for years now.
Pentium 233 - running RedHat 7 just for fun, was using it for some network tasks and seeing what I could get it to do.
486DX/40 - running NetBSD 1.3 - it's not Linux, but honestly for a raw UNIX experience without having to hunt down hundreds of driver and update disks - this is a great deal of fun.
I tried XWindows, but that did not go well on a 486 with ISA graphics. Took minutes just to get a console up!
