While of historical interest and fun to play around with, should nuclear missiles be dependent on these aging consumables?

The last time I spotted them being used was in a New World - around 1995ish - I guess it ran the tills because in the offices were 486's.

Reminds me of a story my step-father told me. He used a computer for the first time in the 80's and said he got angry when it called him an invalid (Invalid User).
