I'm using a Willem clone - PCB35 and PCB50. They're the cheapest, but I've found them very frustrating to use**. If I was going to buy another, I'd go with the model Terry suggested just because I know it worked well for him.
Although my focus has been on affordable, so I have no idea about those higher quality models. If I was buying a higher quality model, I'd make sure it had an external power supply (not just USB) - that's the only thing I can add. Remember to grab a UV eraser as well.
** voltage regulation is poor
** often have to manually tune it depending on current draw of EPROM during programming
** it's not in a box
** have to set something like 10 switches when I change chip type
