looking for a 800kb system disk or a way to create one

Hi,

I got 3 of these old macs. A MacSE with a hardrive and functional floppies and boots fine.

A Mac Plus that needs a floppy to boot but my floppy went caputz today...

Is there a way I can create a new 800kb boot disk by using my functional Mac SE?

If not, would anyone be able to sell me a boot disk and some utilities to clone the boot disk?

You can but you will need to get the disk image across to the SE, do you know if your SE is running a Superdrive?
Do you have a new Mac with a USB drive? Because the Superdrive allows you to write and read a 1.44 disk as well as the variable speed 800k disks.

If you haven't sorted it yet I should be able to write you out a few and drop them in an envelope.

I finally managed to do it.

I got saved the files and images using my old pc, then wrote the disks using my LCII. It worked just fine.

To generate boot disks to my SE/Classics and LC I am just writing straight from my PC's omnidisk.
