Wellington meet up

I know there are a few people from the Wellington region here on the forums, and would be keen to organise a local meet up sometime early in the new year.
Who else would be keen to meet up somewhere in the Wellington area?

I can make almost any time between now and Jan 16th. After that I'll be back at work so a weekend meet would be best.

Where? Am I the only out-of-towner? Can I plug for some cafe/bar in Paraparaumu? It would just save a little on the driving for any of us coming from the North.

I'm open to suggestions for location to suit where people are coming from. I'm happy to meet in Paraprarumu if that suits others.

How do you feel about bringing your 8800micro kit to this meeting (no need for keyboard and screen)? I for one would love to see it in the flesh.

Does anyone have any recommendations of Cafes in Paraparaumu? If not, I'll pick one at random. If anyone needs a ride from the Hutt Valley or Porirua areas, I can probably offer 1 or 2 seats.
